The Clocktower Law website and service mission is to help you find, track, and host community service events. All information that is collected is done so in support of this mission. We share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners and advertisers. This information does not identify individual users.
We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.

We Share Personally Identifiable Information with Third Parties. When we disclose information to third parties, information is disclosed in aggregate and does not include personally-identifying information.
We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

8. Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
We employ [or our third party advertising partner employs] a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs) (including but not limited to Facebook Pixels, Google Analytics, Google Adsense), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information.

Our Properties are generally directed at persons over the age of 13 who purchase items with credit cards, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from or about children under the age of 13. If, at any time, we learn that information relating to a child under the age of 13 that we have obtained is other than as set forth above, we shall immediately purge such information from our records.
